Recognising harm, maintaining boundaries and responding responsibly.
Character, relationships, responsibility and a biblical understanding of work.
Young women aged 18–25 who have completed Grade 12, can read, write and speak English, have a genuine interest in children and can commit to the full programme.
Selection & completion
Admission is not automatic, and completing training does not guarantee employment. Both the family and trainee must freely agree to a proposed placement.
