This notice explains how Gate Beautiful Nannies handles information submitted through this website.
Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, telephone number, email address, town, enquiry type and message. For paid workshop registrations and Family Matching Profiles, we also record the payment reference, amount, network and confirmation time. Training enquiries may also include age and education information. A Family Matching Profile includes information about children's ages, care needs and routines, household arrangements, employment terms and matching preferences. We ask families not to include children's names at this stage.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, assess family childcare needs, consider suitable matches, arrange appropriate follow-up and maintain a record of our communication. If you select WhatsApp and give consent, we may send your submission confirmation and application updates to the number provided. You can opt out of WhatsApp messages by replying STOP. We do not sell enquiry or family profile information.
How it is stored and shared
Enquiries are stored in a protected Supabase database. Authorised Gate Beautiful staff can access them for follow-up. Lenco processes mobile-money payments and returns payment status information. Resend processes automatic acknowledgement and administrator notification emails. For applicants who opt in, Meta processes WhatsApp message delivery and status information. Administrator replies are sent from the organisation's communication accounts. We do not share submitted information with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Active enquiries and profiles are kept while we provide the requested service. Once a record is archived, it is eligible for secure deletion after 365 days. We may retain a record for longer where it is needed to resolve an active matter or meet a legal obligation.
Your choices
You may ask for a copy of your submitted information, or ask us to correct or delete it, subject to information we must retain. Contact us at hello@gatebeautifulnannies.com.
Security and updates
We use access controls, server-only credentials and an administrator activity log to protect and account for access to submitted information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this notice as the website or our services change.
